Monthly subscriptions to our CISSP Study Platform are billed in advance and provide access to our premium features including:
- Unlimited AI-generated practice questions
- Advanced progress tracking
- Full question bank access
- AI-powered explanations
1.2 Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial subscription
- You must not have used more than 50 practice questions during the refund period
- Refund requests must be submitted through our support system
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
1.3 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period
